These Terms govern the use of DocTranslation ("Service"), an AI-powered document translation platform operated by H2Tech (에이치투테크, Business Registration No. 107-34-20995, hereinafter "Service Provider"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service Provider and Users.

• The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to translate documents (DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PDF, etc.) while preserving their original formatting.
• The Service operates on a point-based billing system. Users can purchase points to use the translation service.
• The Service is web-based and requires no additional software installation.

1. The agreement is established when the User agrees to these Terms and completes registration.
2. Users can register conveniently through social login (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, etc.).
3. The Service may reject registration in the following cases:
   • Using another person's identity
   • Providing false information
   • Re-registration by a previously restricted user
   • Other violations of applicable laws

1. Free Points: 50 points are provided free upon new registration.
2. Point Purchase: Users can top up points via credit card, digital payment, and other methods.
3. Point Usage: Points are deducted based on the number of pages and complexity of the document.
4. Point Validity: Purchased points are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
5. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and Paddle's terms and refund policies apply to all transactions.
6. Price Changes: Point package prices may change with prior notice. Already purchased points are not affected.

Users must not engage in the following activities:

1. Translating documents for illegal purposes or that infringe on others' copyrights
2. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
3. Collecting, storing, or disclosing others' personal information
4. Exploiting Service features to acquire points in abnormal ways
5. Overloading the Service through automated mass translation requests
6. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service

1. Due to the nature of AI translation, results may not be 100% accurate. The Service is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from translation results.
2. The Service is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
3. Users are legally responsible for the content of uploaded documents.
4. For business or legal documents, we recommend professional translator review of the results.

1. The Service may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts with prior notice if Users violate these Terms.
2. Users may request account deletion at any time within the Service.
3. Upon account deletion, remaining points are forfeited and cannot be recovered.

1. All intellectual property rights including software, design, logos, and trademarks belong to the Service Provider.
2. Copyright of original documents uploaded by Users remains with the User. The Service does not use such documents for purposes other than translation.
3. Users retain usage rights to translation results.

The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense and similar platforms to support free usage. Users are deemed to consent to ad display when using the Service.

2. Any disputes relating to Service usage shall be resolved in the courts of the Service Provider's jurisdiction.
